I recognise, it no easy to promote leading indicators, but maybe the time has come that we actually get creative. At the very least we should be lowering the bar, to Medical Treatment cases (MTC), or better still First aid cases (FAC). In the years to come, im confident that we will look back and wonder how “we” boasted about the number of days since we denied a person the ability to work for at least a week (which you could argue was probably a serious incident)
